I have brought my kids there for over 10 years and this past week will be the last time. I've contemplated a change for the past couple of years because of longer wait times, higher prices and poorer service. 10 years ago, Dr. Rick was awesome, attentive and a great place to go. I had a 45 minute wait last week and still was left unseen for a scheduled appointment. The excess charges after each visit is ridiculous over and above my insurance-paid amounts. This dentist is now awful with much better options available. Look elsewhere please.

As an AUTISM mom it can be difficult in choosing the right Dentist for your child.  Many mom's at my son's therapy (Wisconsin Early Autism Project) raved about SWCD and Dr. Nicole Simonetti. After checking out the website and "First Visit" Social Story I knew this office would be Perfect.  The staff was Wonderful and patient.  I practiced many times at home too with getting my son prepared for opening mouth and touching teeth- every child is different but take comfort in knowing this staff is very caring and patient-

My 3 year old just had her first appointment with Dr. Annie and Linnea and it couldn't have been better!  The appointment was made last minute due to some discomfort she was having and they fit us in same day.  She was a little nervous but they quickly made her comfortable. By the end she was even having fun.  She chose a little notebook for a prize at the end.  On our way home she "wrote a letter" in the car to the dentist to tell her how great the visit was!  I would recommend this practice to anyone!
