Taking my two year old son to the dentist was something I dreaded the day that I made the appointment. But, when we walked in, my son had so much fun in the waiting area. I may or may not have also enjoyed the old school arcade games. My son's reaction to the actual exam was as horrible as I expected... But all of the staff and Dr.Guthrie were very patient, understanding, and made the process incredibly smooth and caring. Will continue to take my son to this dentist as he gets older, as it is a wonderful environment for children.

We love Dr. Guthrie and his staff. He makes going to the dentist very comfortable for kids. The office staff is very accommodating when making appointments to fit into your schedule. The waiting room is fun and filled with games and toys for the kids to play with while they wait. We have never had to wait longer than 5 min. for our appointment. They are always on time. My kids love getting a dollar for having no cavities! I would highly recommend Dr. Guthrie!!

Dr Guthrie is awesome and all the staff in the back were wonderful. However, the front end staff are EXTREMELY RUDE. After my daughter's initial exam, it was determined that she had a bad cavity in the back that needed work. I was taken to the financial office and given a price and told I had to come back for a "consultation". I would pay at that time and then have to take off work AGAIN to come back for the actual work to be done. They demanded that I take my daughter to the pediatrician again, even though she had just had her 4 year check up. They would not let my mom help, refusing to meet with her for the consultation and demanding that I be the one there. Even though I explained that I am a single mom and a supervisor at my job so taking off from work that much is difficult, they refused to bend. I have good insurance and the ability to pay, yet I was treated like a deadbeat! Their inflexible rules and discourteous front end staff have cost them a patient!
