After deciding that I wanted to sell my home and move into another neighborhood I started working with Smart Avenue. Everything from start to finish was a breeze. Not only was I informed on step by step processes but I was explained in depth until I understood things. I was never left wondering or sitting by the computer waiting for a awnser. This was very important for me to get done and I was blessed to be able to trust who I was working with.

We weren't the easiest clients!  Jake Ham was ALWAYS professional, knowledgeable, prompt and kind.  Really the best experience we could have hoped for!  We LOVE our new house and will always look back at this fun and positive experience.  Jake Ham is THE BEST!!

Had a great experience working with agent Jake Ham. He was quick and  very detailed. He left us with piece of mind and went completely out of his way to show us a property we were interested in. I always have questions as I am a detail oriented person but I didn't have to ask anything because he had us covered.

We had a great experience finding our dream home with Smart Avenue.  Our Agent Jake was very knowledgeable and friendly but most importantly made the whole process way easier then expected.  We also saved a ton of money selling our home with them as they have a special program for that.  We will definitely use them and recommend them to anyone in the future

I love this company and staff and what they stand for! From my experience everyone has gone out of their way to ensure a smooth transaction all around and kept me informed through the whole process of buying/building our home! When we list our home we will definitely use smart avenue again due to their realtors and their money saving programs. Highly recommend.
