I was given a list from Marshall Square Apartments to get my carpet professionally cleaned. SMART CARPET CLEANERS was on the list. "Dallas" came on the day scheduled. He wrote on the ticket that he "owed" me for a set of lamps, along with 2 single lamps, an all in one printer/copier/scanner/fax machine and stand which he was supposed to meet my husband the next day because he also wanted to buy a sofa and entertainment stand. I let him go ahead and take the lamps etc cause he said he would pay gor all of it when he met my husband. Long story short, he never showed up AND I was charged an additional $150.00 out of my security deposit for "dog odor". Totally ripped off. My advise, USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!
