Brought a huge amount of clothes from my laundry room after it was flooded from a broken water pipe in the attic. The attendant was very nice, but the clothes were a horrible wrinkled mess. The "bundle" service was NOT a bundle service at all. A true bundle service KNOWS how to bundle the clothes together to PREVENT wrinkling. In addition to that, they randomly picked out clothes to hang and charge $5 to $10 PER ITEM. Inexpensive (NOT dry clean items) cost me 3/5 of the total bill!!. What a HUGE waste of money for clothes that I will have to rewash. None of the clothes that were "folded" can be worn in public. They look like they were wadded on the floor and trampled on for a week. $500 later and I'll have to rewash MOST of the clothes. Do NOT bring clothing that needs to be folded! Also, I brought the clothes in 6 mesh bags and 4 (brand new) pillow cases. The pillow cases never made it back home. I'll never know if anything else is missing as I didn't inventory the wet bags of clothing. They were not helpful AT ALL when I called to inquire about the missing pillow cases. The once "nice" lady who took my clothes and said she'd "give me a deal" and not charge the "wet"/per pound price was HORRIBLY abrasive when I called about the missing items. I cannot speak to their dry cleaning, but their laundry service is NON EXISTENT -- they don't know how to fold and they don't take care of your items.

They are always pleasant and call me by name. Very reasonable for laundering my dress shirts.
