Worst experience ever...I do not bank here but stopped to use the ATM machine. The machine only gave me 60.00 out of the 100.00 due to the money jamming in the machine. I pulled into a teller to let them know what happened and she agreed that the machine was having problems but that I would have to come in and speak to a manager. I took the 60.00 and my receipt into the bank in hopes that they would replace the 40.00 the machine did not give but instead told me I would have to file a grievance with my own bank. The manager was unwilling to even give me a statement that I had been at their branch and the ATM had not given me the full amount I requested. She simply could not do anything to help and refused give me the branch managers number. I would not recommend this bank what happens if your account gets hacked and they just say sorry..👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I do bank here and have had the best treatment from the staff and the credit Union as a whole of any banking institution I have ever been with.

They don't even deserve one star. They sent my PAYROLL direct deposit back to my employer for no valid, sensible reason. It was processed fine the previous week. The lies and excuses they gave was sickening. They were blame shifting and the assistant branch manager, Jana, laughed in my face. If this is how they treat members, I would not advise anyone to bank here.

Please find another financial institution. Customer service is AWFUL. Opened an account online, went to deposit funds and service was horrible. Decided to close the account instead
