Buses are nice enough.  The schedules are so poor as to be worthless.  Mass transit in the Detroit area is the absolute worst on the entire planet.  Riding the bus means you have nothing but time.....I don't see how you can ride the bus and hold down a job.  It's a darned shame too.

Left stranded by not just one but TWO buses, drivers have no concern for other people and they don't care that people rely on them to get where they need to be. On top of that they're rude like it's the rider's they were stuck waiting on a late driver. Also don't download the app it's not worth wasting space on your phone. The trackers barely ever work and when they do you won't be happy when you realize how the drivers show up when they want to, anytime before or after their estimated time of arrival. They seriously thought it was okay to let a bus that said 495 pick up for the 740 route. I waited hours for a bus that came and left quietly. If there was a change why didn't the driver announce it?? I'm convinced 4th graders run this bus service. I would say you guys will never get my business again but unfortunately for me, I, like many others, have to rely on SMART bus services to get around.

No compassion or understanding nor care if they are late if you are late for your job you should  not get a break the only bunch of employees who think that it is okay to be late and still take every break and still be rude

Late is ok it's better then them coming early, but not coming at all and having to wait for the next bus or so is extremely frustrating to say the least! Rude bus drivers hasn't been so much an issue as of late anymore and only depends on the route... but even that depends on whether you're white...then you'll get treated more harshly by those individuals.
