I have nothing SMART to say about these folks.  I'm sure there are some good people working there but in my personal opinion folks will go elsewhere if the perceived levels of incompetence / laziness do not improve.  Here's to being hopeful for all those in pain who select this establishment.

My pain mgmt doctor is great but My script has not been sent to my pharmacy on 8/23 and have calked on Thursday then Friday and was told it would be sent.  I called pharmacy today which is Saturday and they still have not gotten my script.  So I am without my pain meds all weekend.

Staff was very nice...even the doctor was very caring ...I give them 1 star because they were supposed to send my script to my pharmacy and never did...so now I have to go the whole weekend without pain medication.....thanks smart pain this is gonna be fun smh

Clean professional office. Doctor's are caring. If you call about a problem you are having they call you right back and take care of your problem right away. You do wait about 2 hours to be seen. But good care is worth it. The only down side is the Dundalk office has made their waiting office half the size. So you don't have much room to walk or to sit if the room is full of patients. If you are in a wheelchair or on a walker it can be difficult to move around. One other thing I do not like is the check in process. You are giving a small computer to put your information in and everyone next to you and you can read all your personal information. If you want to pay by credit card you slide the card on that it shows everything nothing is confidential. All this is new there,it should go back to how the old paper system was, but this office has excellent care if you are considering going here.

Wait time is usually around 2 hours and when your there for pain it's hard to sit for such long periods just to spend maybe 5 minutes with a doctor. Doctors must not communicate with one another about your care and spend 4 minutes looking through to see what the last doctor you seen wrote if they even type it up. Every time I got comfortable with seeing one doctor they would leave the practice and then you try to build up trust with another just for them to leave. If your seeking help to improve your pain level and wish to seek long term goals without narcotics this is not the place for you. If your just trying to get medication than maybe this is the place for short term goals.
