The sales Rep was absolutely awesome! He was very professional and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. Jeff deserves 5 stars! The reason why I’m giving this company 3 stars is because when I presented the company with a competitive bid from another company, the manager replied to my email completely bashing the other company instead of presenting their value. The email made me feel unconfortable and the manager seemed very rude. I would have gone with this company over the other company because Jeff was awesome but I didn’t feel confident in the leadership team. My advise to management is put Jeff in a leadership role because he knows how to work with customers and can help train other to make customers feel confident and comfortable. Also, do a better job at presenting your value instead of bashing other companies. Creating value goes a lot farther.

Mark was great technician who was very knowledgeable of his field and answered all my concerns.  Great customer service.

Mark was knowledgeable and clearly explained the reason the part needed to be replaced, although I was shocked that the small part and installation, which took 1 minute was $350.

Jeff came to the house to do an assessment and recommendation on any maintenance or repairs that may need to be done on the furnace. He was extremely thorough and clearly showed me everything he discovered, both good and bad. He clearly explained how this furnace was not installed correctly, and why it was important. He was able to answer every question and encouraged me to validate any of his responses. I would definitely recommend Jeff and his company for your furnace/AC recommendations. My only negative comment is that once he discovered a couple of safety issues regarding the furnace, the company has you sign a release of liability form which ultimately gets passed to the gas company. It is highly likely the gas company could request a visit and red tag your system meaning now you have no heat. Be careful ...if you want feedback on your system, be prepared to purchase a new furnace or possibly be forced to work with the gas company to ensure they don't turn you off.
