This place has the best deals for furniture out of anywhere I've ever seen. Most of the time when you pay an inexpensive price for something, you get what you pay for, but with smart buy you get so much more. I noticed a lot of negative reviews about shipping, but my experience was absolutely perfect with delivery. I even had to change dates on them multiple times and had a specific time frame and the people were more than helpful and everything worked out. I really can't recommend this place enough.

Unbelievable place! Got the biggest bang for my buck and JC helped me get all my furniture in last minute for my move in date, he really made it happen. Delivery guys were efficient and put everything together for me in less than 1 hour. I really recommend !!

I loved this place cause they custom make great furniture and charge a fair price for them. They were fast and friendly and delivery was sweet. Would definitely recommend them to others

If I could give zero stars, I would. 3 words: save your money. The couches they give you are poor quality and not durable, not to mention they don't look anything like the showroom couches. I bought an L-shaped black leather couch and I had access to a truck so I didn't need to pay for the delivery fee. When my boyfriend and I went to pick it up, it was already wrapped in foam ready to be moved, so we thought "great!" However, fast forward to moving the couch up 3 stories of stairs, we took the foam off and under one of the sides was a very sticky substance, similar to glue. We tried rubbing it off with paper towels, because that's what they said all that had to be done, but it only ended up leaving paper towel particles all over it. So not only did we have stickyness all over one of the sides of the couch from the foam they put on, but we now had white paper towel pieces all over our black couch now as well. I called the following morning and I was put on the phone with the manager. I had to argue with the guy over the phone for about an hour because he was saying that it was "impossible" for their to be glue on that part of the couch and that we probably put it down on something sticky when moving it ourselves, but the foam was covering that area so how would that be? Horrible customer service. It says on the bottom of my receipt that they do refunds only for manufacturer defects, which obviously this was, but the guy was still giving me a hard time. Towards the end of our phone call, he says to bring it back and that he can only give us $220, since there's a "$100 restocking fee" (restocking fee was nowhere on the receipt). At this point, I just want to get this poorly-made couch out of our living room so I agreed. Couple days later we drive 30 minutes back to Miami with the couches to return them. I had proof that the foam was covering that part of the couch because there was foam substance stapled underneath the couch. He pretty much didn't care at all about what I had to say even though I was making fair points. He just kept repeating himself over and over. And then he tried giving us $200 even though we agreed on $220. I told him that's not what we agreed on and then he started getting mad, telling his workers to load the couch back onto our truck. Again–at this point I'm completely over the horrible customer service so I close the bed of the truck and say fine. He then starts counting out the money to my boyfriend like he's 5 years old. Never in my life have I had such rude interactions with a manager. All in all, the customer service was more than awful and the couches were no way in HELL worth $300 (and that's saying something). SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Sara is the most helpful employee there she helped me pick everything out gave me a great deal, was super helpful and awesome .. smart but has great prices and delivery and everything in stock conveniently ! Very happy with overall experience shopping there def recommend
