I used to go here all of the time to get my hair cut. I forgot who did it, but I think her name was sarah. She had a little boy who was suffering from terminal illness, and she quit a long time ago. In the mean time, Ive just been cutting my own dead ends or letting it grow. (im a female with hair that was way down past my bra line) My dead ends were a few inches long, but I didnt want 6 inches cut off of my hair. I got to the chair, and showed her a picture of the style I wanted. It was easy to do because its basically the style I have already with side bangs. She said okay, that she got it. Then she asked how many inches I wanted cut off, and I told her two maximum. Id been letting it grow, and didnt want it too short. She said she understood. Well, I get out of the chair and my hair is to my shoulders, and she didnt even cut my bangs... This was the lady that looked like the "kim, age42, asks to see the manager because you want take her expired coupons" meme.

I was upset, but not as upset as my friend. My friends hair was shoulder length starting out. She wanted a pixiecut, but a longer version of it. She showed her a picture, and she said she understood. She commenced to shaving the back of my friends head. My friend looks fine, but the style is absolutely nothing like she wanted. 

Pay the extra money and go to a professional. They may say they're professional, but the last good experience I had was with the blonde with the sick child.

Always get my haircut here it's cheap and great service and if you go there ask for Emily she is the best hair stylist there

what a joke! if Emily doesn't cut your hair I would go elsewhere. I sat there 35 mins while only 1 person ahead of me. Emily finished the lady's hair she was cutting & took the next lady that was ahead of me. Meanwhile, the other older lady still had the same little kid attempting to shave his head. absolutely mind blowing how it takes 35 mins to shave a head. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
