The rather tricky process of moving from the east coast of Florida to the west coast of Florida with a multiple week gap between real estate closing was made much easier because of Extra Space. Yea the customer service is good, but last time I checked my unit it was filled with tons of roach droppings and spiders. I'm a little upset since they just sent me a notice that my rent was being increased by 10 more dollars a month..so now I'm paying almost 300.00 a month,  For what? To deal with a bug problem down the line. Thanks a lot!

I'm so pleased with the level of service, and even the personal feel. Professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. The whole process from beginning to end was brilliant! Excellent value for the money and people who know what good customer service is ...
Wish I could rate the staff higher as they were amazing! Would definitely recommend!

Extra Space Storage in Jupiter is 5 star worthy.  The park is clean, well secured and in a great location.  
The staff goes above and beyond in customer service, handling any needs quickly and with a smile. 
I've gone from renting a storage unit to a warehouse/office space and could not be happier with the experience.
