This place has changed hands a couple times in recent years and its just been getting worse.  It's reassuring that you need your own personal code to get in except for the days when I show up and the security gate has just been left open. I pay extra for a climate controlled unit which has become a total waste of money. In the summer months the temperature stays around 80-85, 50 or so in the winter. I spend a lot of time at my storage unit and it was always nice having a restroom on site. Until they stopped cleaning it and it became completely disgusting . Then they somehow broke the door knob completely off so you haven't been able to lock the door for the past year. When the lights stopped working and they never fixed it I just gave up.  If you do see the "manager" on the property he's just hanging around outside the office with his buddies (and his absolutely adorable dog) not seeming to care much about repairs or upkeep. Requests and/or complaints are routinely ignored.  I do not enjoy the thought of moving all of my stuff but I'm looking around town for other options and I suggest others do the same.

Awesome service, Daniel was great! Lots of room to back up a moving truck right to the unit which made unloading so much faster.

NEW MANAGER (DANIEL) IS VERY GOOD. MUCH BETTER. HE HAS HIS WORK CUT OUT FOR HIM. I THINK I MAY STAY AFTER ALL , NOW WITH THE NEW MANAGER.

Justin called before I came in and made sure I had several options in unit: when I came in he knew exactly who I was and which units I came to see. We were in and out with a unit signed in no time.

The people who run this place are great (Justin and Jim right now). They're super friendly and willing to help you with whatever you need. And Lil Bit is the cutest dog ever. I rent two different spaces here for storage and I've been renting here almost a year.
