Had my hair cut today and it was decent. Very friendly stylist. My mother had hers cut after me by a different stylist so I went ahead and paid before she was done. Big mistake. I assume the stylist was new. It took what seemed over an hour for a short haircut. It was very uneven not blended and most importantly not what we asked for. Another stylist tried helping but it was beyond help at that point. Afterwards we talked to the manage who was anything but helpful. We were polite and tried not making a scene. The manager just said "Oh well I'm sorry I didn't know she needed help". I feel like that is a sorry excuse. Asked for money back and got the reply that they don't do that. It was very disappointing the way the whole situation was handled and we will not return.
