Now I realized why they have so badly reviews... I drived 10 miles to wash and cut my hair and they want to charge me separate  for wash, dry, cut and just a little bit arrange...
In the same brand, but Florida, they make me everything with only 15,50$ but here they try to steel how much they can!

One person in the store yet employee quick to dismiss me as a customer due to being busy. There are 3 hours til closing so obviously not looking to do work for the rest of the afternoon. My 1st and only stop.

I wanted to get my hair cut but it seemed the stylist was too buzy screaming and cursing at the young lady that cuts my hair very sweet girl "julie"i never seen anything like it not only was it un professional but down right rude to me as a customer but to her fellow co worker I've managed many bussiness usually its left to management to repremand another employee also as a older woman why not be a role model what i saw was in excusable "Julie "     was so upset she ran out embarrassed and i don't blame her i cought up to her and advised her to call her managent or her human resources supervisor cause no one should be talked to that way or be threatened i assured her id come back another day hopefully she will still be there cause i loved the way she styled my hair last time...so sad

I called to check if they had any openings for tomorrow (Thursday), right off the bat she said "We don't have any openings, we're booked--I can get you in Thursday." Then she realized her mistake, said "Oh, never mind, let me check the book." Her tone of voice was very rude, by the time she walked over to the book I asked if they had appts available after 6:30PM, she asked what I wanted done--when I said highlights, she responded "No! We don't do night appointments for highlights, we close at 6:30PM!" (Their hours say they're open until 8PM) To sum it up, horrible first impression. With that being said, I don't want to schedule an appointment there, ever!
