I had been to smartstyle salon in walmart which is in causeway Blvd Brandon. I had a coupon and I checked with the stylist about the validity of that coupon before I took my service. I was said that the coupon was valid, but after I took the service the stylist said she could not apply the coupon. Also the stylist Kai.S from whom I took my service was also not receptive. I had a very bad time at this salon and had to pay additional bucks from my pocket in spite of the coupon.

All I wanted was two French braids I have straight long easily fast braidable hair so it wouldn't if taken very long. The blonde lady at the counter was finishing up with a customer and she saw I was waiting for her. Instead of attending me she just walked away I had to wait for the other lady with short dark hair. When I told her what I needed she asked the blonde lady if her appointment was cancelled and that I just needed to braids her response was she doesnt know how to do braids  walked away toward the registers at Walmart. The dark hair lady said the same to me. It was very obvious the blonde hairstylist just didn't want to attend me. She was rude quite and frankly it's ridiculous to have two so called hairstylist that don't know how to do French braid. This is the second time I've gone there was treaty very rudely the last time I just needed my ends trimmed no one could attend mecthen also. Horrible customer service.

No appointment needed good, friendly hairstylists.  EJ is the stylist that also gives the best haircut for men.  I go there twice a month
