I love that I can always come here, reliably.. and always end up with what I ask for. The staff here is always capable and they listen, without all the high pressure sales junk. I've been to several salons and they always seem to upcharge me on every single thing, and also try to sell me a bunch of Malibu treatments, hair cuts, etc.. and then, the highlights that I originally ask for come out very low quality. Then I come out feeling used and unhappy. Here, that is not the case. I always walk away satisfied! 😁

I came in for a color... the sweet girl that did my hair messed it up so bad...she was so nice but was very new to color... her coworker was very rude and refused to help her. So, here i am, back because the manager is supposed to fix this mess on my head. I was not greeted in a friendly manner at all.... so lets see what the manager can do. Hopefully she knows some magic. I will rate and review based on my experience with her.

So rude.....i went in at 7:40 and the lady said it was close already when it says its closes at 8
