The employee said the wait is 15 minutes and it took a lot longer then that. Also, when I walked in they didn't even acknowledge that I was their. Very bad customer service. I will never come here again and recommend that no one goes their....ever!

Horrible experience. Hair is completely chopped up and uneven. Will never refer anyone to this place!!!

Wasn't seen to check in for 45 mins, waited another hour and a half to get hair cut. Employees were not friendly and were more excited to go home. This is at 522 pm and the site says they close at 8pm. Turning people away, rushing, and talking about tips. All for a choppy hair cut that was nothing like described. What a waste of time and money.

Looked ok till it dried..the back is longer then the sides...but called and told them the back was longwt then i wanted they told me come and they would fix it...and they did.

I took my son to get his hair trimmed at the east side walmart hair salon it was the WORST the Blonde haired lady that trimmed my son's hair f***** his hair up it was all uneven! Never again will I trust anyone at Walmart hair salon  to touch my son's hair!!
