I've been here several times and one would think that I would eventually give up but no. I'm hard headed. Every time I go here something goes wrong. Anything from brassy color to the cut being wrong. I get long layers and for some reason it's hard. I get pieces that are almost 2 inches longer than the others. My hair is dark brown (almost black) and for some reason (this has happened twice) my highlights have come out brassy. I'm going back today to see if there is anything they will do to fix the problem. I couldn't say anything when it happened bc I would have made a scene.

I would not recommend them. I liked Ally... her ambition and drive to do what was requested is admirable. But I do believe one should know their limits... Seth was asked to do one thing, and basically shaved my son's head. I could've done that myself. Why would I pay for something I can do at home... I had to correct their work as well. I had to point out how their lines were not even. I had to point out where one area was lower then the other on top of their heads, I'm not a satisfied customer at all. And the length of time it took for two stylist to.complete two haircuts (one each) was ridiculous. I was very disappointed in the quality of work. I wouldn't have given them a star at all, but 8 had to in order to write this review.

We love Jackie she is the best hair stylist my son has ever had and she also has an amazing personality!! I recommend everyone to go see her.
