I had went to another salon to get a strawberry blonde ombré and they dyed it cherry red. I went to smart styles the next day and they fixed it. Even though it wasn't what I wanted it was a lot better than bright red. 😊

Well, First off I would NEVER in a million years recommend Smartstyle at the South Belt Walmart, now the North Belt could be better but I doubt it they're both Smartstyles.  I asked the stylist to cut my hair a little bit past my shoulders, I also told her my previous problems, and she still cut it way above to almost my ears.  After she was done I found out she had been their since March and this was in April.
