Disappointed doesn’t even begin to cover what I feel about my first hair color experience, costing me $200. Although what I left with was different than what I wanted, I still liked it, until I washed it. I washed in cold water as directed, and with the products they suggested but it still faded and turned green. This was only two days after I originally had it colored. So I went to another salon to see if they could fix the color and trim the split ends that were missed by the stylist who cut my hair, not wanting to hurt her feelings and tell her how unhappy I was. The stylist from the new salon told me my hair was so damaged by whatever product was used it in that they wanted me to treat my hair for at least two weeks before they would agree to touch up the color. So now it’s 4 days after I got the color done and I reached out to the stylist who did it and explained about the fading and the green, she offered to touch it up for me, but I would need to pay for it, which made no sense to me. I looked at other salons and they all said the same things about my hair being too damaged by “unprofessional” products. So I decided to try the salon who initially did my hair. I reached out to them and didn’t get a reply for another 6 days. When the finally got ahold of me, they told me I would again need to be charged to have my hair fixed because it’s “Still a service”. So I told them I just wanted my hair put back to it’s natural color, to which they said it would still cost me money for the service. I then called the Customer Service hotline and was told that the District Manager would contact me regarding a refund. So I waited and never got a call. I began to get impatient and called yesterday and today, but still have not heard from the District Manager. So, I decided to go to a Color Correction Expert, which cost me $400, and she still could not get whatever they put in my hair out, despite hours of trying, which resulted in chopping off a good chunk of my hair. I tried calling one more time to get a refund without causing a huge issue and gave them until the end of their business day today to call me before I contacted the Consumer Protection Board and filed a complaint, but of course they didn’t. I cannot express how unprofessional this has been, this is the first and last time I’ll color my hair. All things considered, I’m so glad I have 2 stylists fighting for me to get my refund because of the horrible condition my hair was in by whatever products they decided to put in my hair. Today I finally got somewhere with customer service and was told the salon said they fixed my ombre for free and had signed paperwork from me which was absolutely not the case. So they finally tell me that they confused me with another girl who had the same name as me, same phone number, and same blue ombre. Understandably I didn’t believe it. So the Store Manager had the District Manager call me, which she did within two minutes, but couldn’t be bothered to call me back all week? When I mentioned that to her she explained that Kathy, the Store Manager, told her they fixed my hair for free. But even if that were true, why wouldn’t the District Manager call me and double check and make amends? That is your job. So I told the salon I was coming in to see my signatures and receipts from a free service, and they either lied and said they did it for me for free to save their butts or they messed up another girl’s color, if that’s the case this is clearly not the place to get your hair colored.

I was without a stylist and needed a trim badly, and since I've had bad experiences the last few years I said "What the hell - go to WalMart" and expected to be disappointed. This review is for CASSIE at this salon. Now, I have awful hair, a very big nose and I'm thinning on the top of my head so badly I hate to go out anymore. But Cassie, this little tiny woman who looked like she just got out of high school did an AMAZING job on the briar patch of my hair. She got all the layers just right, the bangs just right, everything just right. Even now 2 weeks later I am more pleased than I was the day of the cut. I hope Cassie remains findable at this salon or any other, because I am new devotee of this sweetheart. Thank you, Cassie.

I hate your salon!!! You made my look ugly! I came just to make my side bangs a little bit shorter and even showed the picture of my previous haircut. Hairdresser didn't moisten my hair!!! And her hands smelled cigarettes! Not just smelled, it was like an ashtray in front of my nose!!! Good service, huh?! So the proportions of my side bangs aren't the same as they were before. Now it looks like I have the straight bangs but wry one!!! And it's slovenly!!! The only good thing is the hair is not the teeth! By the way I hope that Santa will bring me really good wig for Christmas!

My wife had her hair cut and highlighted today by Kassandra B. The highlights were not blonde and the back of her hair was very uneven. Extremely disappointed that we paid $63 for a trainee to mess up her hair.
