MY WORST NIGHTMARE, I WILL NOT RATE THIS HAIR SALOON IS A DISASTER I WILL EXPLAIN MY DAMMED EXPERIENCE IN THIS HAIR SALON OF HELL, AS FOLLOW IS MY FEEDBACK TO THEM( SURVEY) WHEN I VISIT THE SALOON I ASK THE HAIRDRESSERS IF THEY CUT HAIR AND THEY TOLD ME, THEY ALL CUT HAIR. THE NEXT AVAILABLE IT WAS DEREK, I WAIT ABOUT 30 MINUTES. MY HAIR IT WAS EXTREMELY LONG, SO HE HAVE THE CHANCE TO DO A GOOD JOB. BEFORE HE START I EXPLAIN HIM IN DETAILS WHAT I WANT AND ALSO DRAW HIM HOW WILL LOOKS AND HE ASSURE ME THAT HE CAN DO IT!! I LET HIM DO IT IN HIS WAY BECAUSE HE WAS CONFIDENCE ON HIMSELF AND TOLD ME HE KNOWS WHAT HE WAS DOING. I WANT MY HAIR STRAIGHT AND THE BOTTOM A LITTLE CURVE AND POINTY. I WANT HE CUT 10 INCHES BUT HE CUT MORE THAN I ASK HIM FOR, SO I DECIDED TO FORGIVE HIM FOR THAT, HE COMB MY HAIR AND SHOW ME HOW IT LOOKS, IN THE WAY HE COMBS MY HAIR I WAS NOT ABLE TO SEE THE REAL RESULTS. BUT WHEN I WENT HOME AND LOOK BETTER I WAS IN SHOCK, BECAUSE HE DON'T CUT IT HE CHOPPED IT! !(IT LOOKS THAT INSTEAD A HAIRDRESSER SCISSOR HE USE THIS SCISSOR USED TO TO PRUNE TREES), IS HE REALLY A STYLIST? WHERE HE GET HIS LICENSE? HOW IS POSSIBLE THAT YOU HIRE SOMEBODY LIKE HIM?? DO YOU TEST HIM BEFORE YOU HIRE? A PERSON LIKE HIM WILL DAMAGE YOUR REPUTATION! FOR MY EXPERIENCE WITH YOUR SALOON IT'S THE WORST HAIR SALOON THAT I EVER BEEN, YOU STYLIST MAKE MY LIFE MISERABLE! I ENTER IN A BIG DEPRESSION AFTER THIS AND I'LL BEEN AFRAID TO GO OUT, BECAUSE I DON'T WANT PEOPLE LAUGH AT ME WITH A HAIR LIKE THIS!! I FEEL RIDICULOUS, MY HAIR IS A DISASTER, A DAMMED NIGHTMARE BECAUSE; 1) THE RIGHT AND LEFT ARE NOT EVEN AT ALL, THERE ARE DIFFERENT LEVELS OF LONG. (LET ME EXPLAIN) 2) IF I WANT TO HAVE A PONY TAIL, THE RIGHT SIDE LOOKS THAT I HAVE 5 LEDGERS AND THE LEFT 2. (AWFUL) 3 ) IF I WANT A BUNNY THE HAIR LOOKS THAT GOES TO DIFFERENT WAYS, LIKE I HAVE A BUNCH OF SPIDERS IN MY HAIR. (HORRIBLE!). 4) IF I WANT TO LEAVE MY HAIR STRAIGHT, YOU CAN SEE PIECES OF HAIRS OF DIFFERENT LONG HANGING EVERYWHERE! (UNBELIEVABLE! )( I LOOK LIKE AN ABANDON PERSON OR A WACKY WITCH) I WANT TO KNOW WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO ABOUT IT?, I START LOOKING IN THE INTERNET WHERE TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST YOUR BUSINESS AND THERE ARE SEVERAL RESOURCES THAT I WILL USE, EVEN CONSULT A LAWYER AND MUCH MORE! SO I DEMAND YOU DO SOMETHING TO SOLVE THIS MATTER! I WANT AN IMMEDIATELY RESPONSE, THIS ARE MY E-MAILS:---------------- , AND MY PHONE # ----------------- IF I DON'T HEAR NOTHING FROM YOU IN THE NEXT 72 HOURS, I WILL NOT HESITATE TO TAKE ACTION! I tried to make an appt. The girl who answere's the phone picked up when I called initially. She told me the person that would do my hair was coming in at 12 and that she would tell me how much the service would be. So I called back at 12 and was told the girl who is suppose to do my hair is "in the bathroom" So I said okay ill call back. I called back atleast 15 times and the girl at the front desk purposefully ignored the phone. I know this because I called from 2 other numbers and she answered the phone both times when I called from other numbers. When she answered the phone she told me the girl that is suppose to do my hair is running late.... Okay.. so she wasnt in the bathroom?? HORRIBLE customer service. I read the reviews and they are all bad but i thought I would give it a chance.. I have been here before and didnt like my hair but again wanted to give them another chance. NEVER AGAIN

They butchered my hair. I asked for a Pixie which I got then she proceeded to thin out my hair but she forgot to do the left side. It me 3 months to grow out my hair so that there was enough for someone else to even it out. They did excellent with waxing my eyebrows but it got old to hear the bitching about hours.
