we are very disappointed that you felt this way. Having healthy hair is our profession and suggesting the right products to help you maintain those lovely locks is part of our service. Some of our clients scalp is more tender and stylists can be a little rougher than others, do please if this happens let your stylist know. We do aim to please. Terrible salon. I went here 3 times and had 2 bad experiences. 
The girl I liked quit. 
The 2nd lady I saw was ROUGH with my hair. Kept hitting me in the head with the blow dryer. Also burned the crap out of my hair. She also kept trying to sell me products the WHOLE time. 
When I got finished my total was a $31 and some change. The week prior my total was $19. She informed me that her manager said they had to start charging more for girls with thicker hair.
