Called and the phone rang 4 times before anyone answered. Girl was kind of rude. I already did a consultation for my balayage and when i called to make an appointment i asked her how long it would take she wouldnt give me a single answer. "I dont know" has never been appropriate answer for a customer in my oppinion. Left a bad taste in my mouth when I cant make an appointment that works with my work schedule because the employees are uneducated.

I came to your store looking for a change with my hairstyle and boy oh boy I couldn't be more pleased😀. I had a cut and highlight.I was greeted with a smile by Nicole and almost as if she was reading my mind..she did EXACTLY what I wanted. I definitely have a new  beautician. Thank you,nicole.
