I am VERY PLEASED !  A different hair dresser (at a different salon), 'canceled' on me twenty minutes before my appt.... it was my 50th birthday and getting my hair done was my gift to me and I was very disappointed. I proceeded to call every beauty Salon in town - I spoke to at least 5 different Salons ( and even after I gave them my 'sob' story) they "couldn't" help me out.  And then I called SmartStyle and spoke to the manager, Denise.  After hearing what happened and that all others I spoke to 'couldn't' fit me in - she told me, "...come on in at 6:00pm.." ( that was going to be her first break of the day, until me) "..I'll be happy to (cut, color and highlight..) 'do your hair'...you won't be sorry...".  And I COULDN'T BE MORE PLEASED!!  We were there until PAST 9pm and she never lost her smile!!  A+++ beautician!!  AND THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE!  She went ABOVE and BEYOND even BEFORE I stepped foot in the door.

Today I went in because my hair was in the worst shape. Everyone told me I was going to have to cut my hair up to my shoulders (it started out down past my waist line). I was in tear's. LaDeras went to work and saved my hair. HE DID AN AWESOME JOB, and I really like the haircut. And Denise(the manager)was very nice and did everything she could to help. I HIGHLY recommend SmartStyle Hair Saloon in the Ridgecrest, CA Walmart.

Clean, great services, good selection of products. Nice area out in middle of country I passed through while traveling. Big Wal-Mart store they are in so we bought things there as well. Nice place.

went last week and a new girl cut my hair never in my life had someone mest up my hair  look like she drnt know what she was doing all I wanted was layers n they don't even blend together one side is shorter than the other ..horrible😔😔

Love it! Open 7 days a week, products always at a good price if not discounted, always running sales for haircuts and hi-lights. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Stop by and say hi to Micah, Samantha, or Manager Denise
