The staff here were very nasty. I ordered a large fry, there was sludge on the back of the container. Additionally, when I went to collect my food, one of the staff passively aggressively told me that the area was “staff only”. If it were staff only, why did you leave my food out in the cold for the past five minutes? Why didn’t you call out my name? Terrible service and very unkind. I told him I was UNAWARE it was staff-only and he still appeared EXTREMELY UPSET and said he’d “let it slide”.  How about you put up a sign that says it’s staff only?  I have an idea! Put up a sign that says “I’m going to have my staff use their phone in front of your COLD, sludge-filled food, and NOT give it to you for five minutes. I’m going to YELL at you when you pick up your food. The counter is only staff only!”  You’re a DISGUSTING store. I will not be coming here again. I regret giving a $5 dollar tip.

The Colorado double burger was fresh and delicious with sweet potato fries, with fresh pickles and onions. The cookies and cream was a great shake! The ambiance was friendly, and an outdoor eating patio seats as well, truly a win-win, tasty, pleasant experience overall!Food: 5/5

Ive been coming to this smash burger for nearly a decade now and I have always been a big fan of the food. The staff here has always been very friendly, and have always provided a quality dining experience. My friend gave me a gift card for Smash burger.. I'm tired of eating Wendy's and McDonald's!! I  wanted something different!! I have no complaints..I'll definitely be returning.. the food was Delicious!! I really enjoyed the crispy Brussels sprouts.. along with the double BBQ bacon cheddar burger.. the flavor was on point! After the meal i spoke to the manager Steven..thanking him for the service!!

We love going to Smashburger. Such a great atmosphere and such friendly service.  They have some healthy options.  I really enjoy the Plant based burger  and the turkey burger.  Also, they have dairy shakes!  Parking: They have ample parking.  Kid-friendliness: They have plenty of options for children.  Wheelchair accessibility: They definitely have wheel chair accessibility.

I love their Strawberry Milkshakes Friendly service. Manager was helpful with a discrepancy with order. App used to be awful. It's getting better, but not quite there yet. I've tried several of their burgers and salads and I'm usually very satisfied with my meals. You can even switch up the sauces and bread

I had a little hiccup on the Uber Eats app and Angela was kind enough to explain to me some discrepancies within the app. She suggested another option to me and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. She was very kind and courteous.Food: 5/5

The woman who works at the register her name is Angela, omg she is rude , nasty, she is always angry, she doesn’t know how to treat costumers. Anytime I order my burger is always cold, THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME. She used to work at stop and shop with the same actitud. I asked for the manager and she answered me with arrogance saying she is the manager there. I don’t recommend this place . Not even one . She should go home , she is not good working with costumers.
