Our Arapahoe restaurant is located in Greenwood Village, across the street from Fay Myers Motorcycle World. The restaurant is just east of I-25 and Arapahoe Road, on the corner of E. Arapahoe and Dayton. Park in front or we also have plenty of spots in the back.

Id give this place no stars if i could!!! Ive never had such horrible service! My food sat at the window for a long time.  It took over 30 mins before they realized i hadn't received order.

So I hadn't been to Smashburger in a while but I had seen the presentation of the non flipped Burgers on KDVR 31 News with the CEO. You are so busy talking he forgot to flip the burgers and then caught himself and try to correct it but it was too late the burger was already put together! Hilarious! He was talking about his triple double promotion in the fact that they're having an anniversary and my overall experience was great Carl was really nice and the manager seemed to be running a pretty tight ship and they got my order perfect and even the Cherry Coke was good I will be returning for my free Burger!

I have enjoyed this Smashburger many times in the past, but the past two times I have been here have been very disappointing. My family and I went in tonight and the wait for the food was almost 20 minutes. Once I received my food, it was wrong compared to what was listed on the menu and I have had this burger many times; however, the manager argued with me and told me I was wrong. Then, I asked to have it fixed and it took another 20 minutes to get a new burger. No compensation was offered. By the time we left, another patron was screaming at the manager because he has been waiting over 30 minutes. Will definitely go to another location in the future.

Placed an online order to pick up and then had car troubles. Not only did they keep our order, they offered to remake it when the car was functioning two hours later. Excellent customer service!

Very slow service. Waiting on my food really did feel like I was watching someone play Overcooked. There were a couple of people in the back and one person at the register. Then there was this one poor lady who was running back and forth from kitchen to register area to dining area; literally running. I'm serious. It was like watching someone run around the kitchen in Overcooked. It is so badly managed that the poor workers are stuck with a terrible process to deliver the food. I stood for about 15 minutes or more waiting on one burger, and in that time I saw dine-in orders sitting on the counter for a good 10 minutes before being delivered to the table. I think the workers are doing what they can. Clearly this place is badly mismanaged. I felt bad for the running lady. The time everyone in the restaurant waited wasn't for the food to be cooked. That went relatively quickly. It was spent staring at your food sitting on a counter waiting for them to package it and deliver it. 

And in the end, I waited all that time for what turned out to be a mediocre burger. Barely better than fast food. Really dry and gritty. It doesn't even belong in the same conversation with places like Mooyah Burgers and Five Guys. I plan on passing next time I am looking to eat near a Smashburger. I would easily choose Wendy's over this simply because it would definitely be faster and better organized and the burger would only be slightly lower-quality.
