Jodi Julius, I'm Kimberly Rowe an employee at Smashburger at the East Arapahoe Road location. I'm very sorry your and your husbands experience was awful for you both on his birthday. I assure, if you choose to dine with us again, this will never happen again. However, I must say that Kylie is naturally loud and she's actually a very sweet person. She has never been mean to anyone intentionally. And I know she is very sorry you feel this way. On behalf of everyone at Smashburger we truly apologize to you and your family. We hope you'll continue to dine with us in the future. I work weekdays from 5-10 if you guys ever stop by again and come in around this time I'll do my best to help you have a better experience.

We went to Smashburger this evening.  The whole area had lost power and were waiting for their computers to reboot.  I was impressed with how calm and courteous the staff was explaining the issue to us, and how quickly they were able to focus the second they were back online.  The food was delicious and the service was great!

Never had a bad time at smashburger. Jake the new manager was actually exceptionally nice and very personable. Great place and never too busy

I went here on my lunch break and ordered a burger, figuring it would be quick enough to give me time to actually eat. But after watching my burger and fries sit on the counter for 10 minutes, I  consequently do not have time to eat my burger, and my fries were cold anyway. Thanks for wasting my money.

Pretty tasty food, plus decent deals with coupons make for a good combination.
