Great burgers, a bit pricey, no hot tea or coffee at all only cold drinks and shakes, but the shakes are really good, burgers and fries for 2 can easily be over $20, quiet place- no music or crowds

Dirty restaurant and bathrooms, slow service, overly salted food and don't expect crispy fried foods or for your order to be right. Not worth the price at all.

I noticed this new Smashburger while I was in the area, although it has probably been around for a while since I don't often stop at this shopping center. There are no obvious issues with access to the strip mall since you have to take the exit to Fairview Blvd anyway and once you're on the correct road, there are a few ways in and out of there. Parking seemed adequate too since I noticed a lot more parking spaces along the edge of the lot. Inside, the dining area was reasonably clean and a spot check of the dining area tables showed that they have indeed been keeping those clean. Probably the only issue was the cashier could've explained a bit better why they were so insistent that I order the side immediately after ordering each burger when I have multiple burger orders. Aside from that, everything went smoothly. The burger looked pretty good and had adequate toppings. The spicy buffalo fries, ordered separately from the burger, was a pretty large portion. However, the fries were very unevenly salted so some fries were plain while others were like the Dead Sea. Hopefully, they'll work on their seasoning technique more. I still do think Smashburger prices their food on the high side for something that isn't terribly complicated to make, but it's more of a treat than an everyday kind of food, so that's tolerable.
