Love this place. It sits right off the highway. If you pretend not to hear the cars, you feel like you're sitting in pure nature. It is so beautiful! Great place to read, walk, play with the kids and to gather one's thoughts. However, over the years, things have changed. The park needs some TLC. Trails haven't been maintained properly and some bridges are in need of repair. Also, the creek water doesn't flow properly anymore and has become quite stagnant. Seeing dead fish is common here. Quit a sad thing to see.

This is an underrated Little Treasure. Bike trails. Little kids swing stuff. Regular kids swing stuff. Picnic tables. Places to play games and walk dogs. Don't miss it.

Wonderful park for walking through tucked away in Springfield. There are clear paths, but no clear markings for where they go, so for those who like to wonder or have a good natural sense of direction, it's great. The trails sit under 476 so the park has a lot of road noise, but that didn't bother me. There are at least two playgrounds with the biggest one being all the way at the end of the road.

Very popular park with its own train/trolley station!One could theoretically ride the trolley from Media, spend some time in the park, and return. In theory. They do Penn State classes there locally for gardeners with example educational gardens.
