First time in today as an emergency NEW patient for my 8 year old son. I had a referral and they took us in same day I called! Although my son was scared and cried a bit (he needed a bonding for a very bad broken front tooth) they made him feel so comfortable, they did great calming down a child with adhd. Dr Lee and her assistant in the room were very patient and great with my him. Her assistant held his hand and talked to him as much he could to help him relax. I absolutely love them! It’s a far drive but, It’s worth it for that kind of awesome treatment! Would definitely recommend. YOU GUYS ARE SERIOUSLY THE BEST.

Worst follow up and responses. In Google their office timing shows up as they are open from 8, their website wouldn't say anything about when they are open. Their voice Service would say another timing. But no one would return your call even after leaving a voice mail. We had a dental appointment and was referred to a surgeon. We wanted our x-ray to be faxed but couldn't contact their office neither they returned our call. We ended up paying another 299$ in the surgeon's office for the same x-ray.  Don't recommend to anyone.

They are amazing the recently capped my daughters teeth ' It was the last resort she is 5 and had a few cavities they put her under anesthesia and did the Job quickly ! It was a success and I would definitely recommend them to EVERYONE. The pediatric Dentist was amazing explained the whole process to me before hand and afterwards as well !

Both of my children have big problems with the dentist - one has terrible anxiety and the other needs extensive dental surgery due to an accident. The dentists, hygienists, and assistants here are absolutely amazing. I was filled with dread about getting fillings for my son due to his anxiety, but they used laughing gas to help him relax (a little mask went over his nose). The dentist explained that she would put his tooth to sleep and then clean it really well and he'd be all done. She explained everything she was doing in a way that was easy for him to understand, while leaving out anything that would freak him out unnecessarily. They also have TVs over each chair, and they put my son's choice of cartoon on YouTube for him to watch during the procedure. Everything went really well, was painless for everyone involved, and I can not recommend them enough. Smile By Design is amazinggg!

Great pediatric dental office in Windsor, CT.  Also I hear that they're accepting adult patients at this location so I may have to make an appointment for myself.  Love the two story slide and the TVs in all of the rooms.
