I went in as a new patient I was greeted politely by the from desk and the assistant was awesome and friendly , the hygienist Jacqui made me feel like I had been a patient of hers for years and so friendly and gentle with her great skills and Dr. Patel was so friendly and personable he explained my questions so clearly to where the point that I walked out feeling knowledgeable about what my next appointment was about and why I had a next appointment something my previous dental experiences never did for me, and as I checked out the young lady was super friendly and covered all bases with me !!!! I'm sticking with smile design in lady lake for sure. A+ rating in my book.

The office was a little hard to find but the staff and dentist were great! I feel extremely luck of to start my dental services with this location because I also had the pleasure (and I don't particularly like going to the dentist) to have had Smile Design serving my children and myself in Tampa, FL. I'm sure this location will live up to the family friendly, professional services I've grown to love!

I was a patient of Dr Whitt before he retired and was very pleased with him and his practice. While Dr Patel does have a good "chair side" manner and seems very nice,  he also seems to lack experience and some needed equipment. I ended up looking like a jack-o-lantern when he used a drill rather than a file to separate crowns for orthodontic treatment.  Neither he nor the assistant seemed to care, he just said that I could get new crowns.  $$$. He has also told me and some of my friends that we have a"giant" cavity (that had gone undiscovered despite regular twice yearly checkups) and would need a root canal and crown.  Run, run, run.

Wonderful atmosphere and Dr. Patel  did not try to sell me something I did not need. Great experience and will continue to use SMILE as my Dentist of choice.

Dr Patel was very courteous and professional and his staff were "on the ball". My husband and I were very content with Smile Design and would highly recommend them to friends and family.
