I chose Dr Yajima's office because my old dds was no longer in my dental hmo network, she seemed to have decent reviews on Google, she was nearby, and she kept weekend hours. I have no idea how anybody could leave her a positive review. She is the worst health care professional I have ever dealt with. First of all, she is the only dentist at this practice. She does all the work herself, running back and forth between 3 or even 4 patients at a time. As a result, even if you book an appointment very early in the morning, she will be well behind schedule. Second, she has a totally bizarre chair side manner. She likes to discuss office administrative matters with her hygienist while she works on your teeth. This includes things like which supplies they should be ordering in order to maximize profit. She would be discussing how to squeeze extra dollars into the bottom line while cleaning my teeth. It was like I wasn't even there. Third, I am skeptical she even performed the services she billed me for. She told me I needed a deep cleaning when I went. The last time I had to have that done, my dentist numbed up  my gums and used special equipment. She did not numb me up at all, but simply scraped extra hard using her every day tools. Finally, she gave me SUCH attitude when I asked questions about her recommended plan of care. She told me I needed to have my lower wisdom tooth pulled out because they were hard to keep clean. I had not even the hint of a cavity back there, but I guess it was inconvenient for her to reach. When I told her I wasn't going to have it done, I heard her saying something to her assistant like (again, right over my head like I am not even there), "That's fine. I don't force my patients to get procedures they don't want." Well done, you! Because forcing me to pull my wisdom tooth out over my protests would be criminal battery. So, congratulations on at least staying on the right side of the law.

This Dentist is a scam, don't go there and if you do check your bills and make sure you are not being ripped off. They took so many unnecessary films that my insurance wouldn't cover for x-ray for 2 years. She never cleaned my teeth but charged my insurance for cleaning. They charged my husband extra money saying it was a detailed cleaning which the process lasted 15 minutes which was a regular cleaning. They are a joke! Dr. Yajima has the TV on so she watches the news and kept talking non stop when she was working on my tooth with her assistance. She is so irritating.

I have been to over 6 dentists in the past two years. This office is by far my absolute favorite. I'm done searching for the "right" dentist because I've found her! The entire staff is incredibly friendly and sweet. Suzanne really stuck out because she went out of here way to really wow me with her excellent customer service. It feels odd to say but I can't wait to come back again!

STOP LOOKING for a dentist!
DR. YAJIMA is THE dentist you've always wanted. I have been a patient for  nearly 7 years now and I will not go anywhere else. Her MASTERFUL SKILL and her CALMNESS put you at ease from the moment she greets you. THIS dentist and her staff are exceptional!

For my first visit here I have to say they have a very professional and knowledgeable staff. I want to give a special thank you to Suzanne for being so kind and helpful on my first experience,  she really makes the visit to the dentist less stressful. I really appreciated them having great customer service and I would definitely recommend a visit here.
