I had to get a late afternoon exam that turned into an extraction. Everyone was so sweet & professional. The shots hurt like hell! But they were as painless as they could be. Patient too considering I'm a big baby with needles & dentists. Lol

Friendly and caring staff and doctor. From the time you first enter to your final appointment, you are treated with understanding and respect. This is from a person who has had terrible experiences in the past. I highly recommend them and couldn’t be happier.

I'm so happy with the service I received from all the staff including the doctor at my visit. I recommend this practice to anyone. Very convenient because it's inside the Walmart, they also have the latest technology! And they will work with you on payment plans. I am very pleased and will keep coming back Smileasy Dental of Sachse!

I went back to see if their was anyway the doctor could prescribe me any pain medication for my wisdom tooth that was pressing against my nerve causing me pain, and the lady told me no even though when I called prior to me coming back up here the lady on the phone told me yes, but the lady at the front desk said no? She pressured me to go ahead and get them removed to relieve the pain after I told her multiple times that I didnt have the money yet. So i ended up staying so the doctor could take out my top wisdom tooth instead of the bottom one. And I was using my mothers care credit to pay for it. So I handed my phone with my mother on it to speak with the front desk lady which was a young black lady I don't remember her name. And my mother told her she didn't have enough money on her care credit to pay for everything so the lady decided to go on to my mothers care credit account and then tell my mother and I quote " oh it says here that you have plenty of money to take care of everything he needs done" and after that my mother was pretty pissed that she went through and looked at her account with out my mother giving her permission to. So about 15 mins after the older black woman doctor started on my teeth she stopped and told me that she couldn't remove my wisdom tooth? How is that possible? Her sole purpose of working there is to handle teeth. So now my wisdom tooth is messed up even more to the point where I can't eat anything on that side of my mouth. I can't even touch my tooth without having sharp pain. I'm very pissed at the fact that a dental & orthodontist place couldn't even remove one tooth.
