I am completely terrified of going to the dentist.  I get sick at the thought of even getting a shot.  Dr. Fry is the best dentist I have ever had.  I love my dental assistant.  She is comforting, professional, and just AWESOME.  He made some difficult work very easy for me.  I am a tough patient and he is so calm and understanding.  Try them out!

Good luck with this place. We can skip over them hitting a nerve in my mouth and leaving half of it numb for six months (to which they responded 'oops, that can happen'), but their billing department is an absolute joke. Not only have I never been able to get hold of them when calling, but usually after leaving a message they will not call you back. Even if you talk to someone at the front desk and ask for them to call you back - they probably aren't going to. 

And you WILL have to call them. I've got in three times and they have never actually finished running it through my insurance by the time I left. The first time I went they were not done by the time I left. Later on they sent me a bill. When I called back - I found out that they had NEVER run it against my insurance. So they did that and it was taken care of. 

Another time they, again, never ran it against my insurance and sent me a billing statement with two charges, one of which was for the aforementioned cavity. I called them, paid the excess for the cavity, and was told that they needed proof of my insurance again (to cover the rest). I faxed it to them and called to ensure they received it. Surprise surprise.. I now have a bill for the rest. Did they even check my insurance after I sent them the insurance information again? I don't know because no one in billing is answering and they never returned my call from two weeks ago.

This place is a joke - and an unfunny one at that.

The entire staff is amazing!! Everyone loves what they do and you can tell by all the smiles, the way they greet you and make sure you are comfortable and well taken care of. Rasheeda and Dr. Fry are so funny and lovable. The techs and front desk staff are just as lovable. You will not be disappointed with this office and the more you go, the more they feel like family.

Michael is the best !!! Never had a problem at smile makers! They always make you feel comfortable. Michael is my favorite because he always takes care of me and is so nice. Wouldn’t go anywhere else !

Dr. Barganier is a great dentist that goes above and beyond for his patients. Have been a patient for over 10 years and he and Dr. Fry have done all my cosmetic and cleanings to perfection. Kirsten and Natasha their dental assistants; also do an exceptional work and make sure you feel at home.
