Going to this dentist was a TRAMATIC experience the dentist gave me 6 shots of Novocain and I could still feel the pain just from one cavity, then she decided to take a 20 min break and then start over. Today I went to a different dentist and he had to redo her filling , the cavity got worse because she didn't properly fill it, absolutely terrible experience that made me so stressed about any dental work. Thankfully my new dentist did such a good job that I am no longer afraid

I would not suggest anyone use there service. A member of the staff named Lori is a horrible human being. She called to confirm my appointment for tomorrow because someone else wanted to come in tomorrow & as I was explaining my asthma condition she told me she was only concerned about the appointment. This is not the first time she was short & has an ugly way of treating the doctors patients. Lisa is a wonderful person and so is Dr. DiCicco. I have left a message for the doctor to returnky call. Let's see if he calls. I wish I would have read the reviews.

My husband has very good insurance and never got charged for annual dental cleaning expect in this office. They billed the insurance company more than $400, and sent us another $125 bill.... my husband called his insurance, was told this clinic uses only most expensive code for billing, which was not fully covered by insurance. If they can change the billing code, everything will be covered. He called the dentist office, but they refused to change any code, stated those was the service that they provided..... the service my husband received was really a normal annual dental cleaning services... we paid the $125, but this will be the last $125 you earned from our family. I would not recommend anyone to go to this clinic.
