Avoid this practice as you can. They have no respect to patient’s request. I had never seen a dental office with front receptionist and dental hygienist being so rude and unprofessional.  They would refuse and kick you out of the office if you don’t comply with the service they want to perform. I will give them 1 star for being able to schedule the appointment just a week ahead, but I did have to wait 30 minutes before being able to see the hygienist. It’s a shame that this practice exists in our nice little town of Clarendon Hills. Too bad my company switched dental insurance; otherwise my whole family would have stayed with my previous dental office that we had been with for over 7 years. I will definitely not take my kids to this practice and tell everyone in my neighborhood and parents in my kids’ school how awful this practice is.

This is a great dentist office!  Eva Coggin is very nice and does great work.  All of the other workers are nice as well.
