You know the guy that does stuff at last minute? That's me, smiles staff were very friendly and helpful on the day of Mother's Day 2017, my mom loved the bouquet and smiles saved the day.  Thanks smiles, I'll be calling on you again.

I ordered a flower arrangement with Roses for Valentine's Day. What my wife got was an arrangement of a few assorted flowers and no Roses! I was very upset with the service, but my wife loved the gesture. I will take my business elsewhere.

Well the lady that took my order was nice but never received my flowers at the funeral home..called back they couldn't find the order then they called later stating the driver left it in the chapel..for the wrong funeral ..so never received my money or flowers..never again will I come here!!!

There was nothing I liked about this place or flower delivery express.  I do not recommend either one.  I ordered a heart spray of white roses for my fiancé who passed away and was delivered a wreath with carnations (a poor man's flower).  Not only was it the wrong arrangement and an eye sore they wrote the wrong name on card.  When I called both places neither one would accept responsibility.  The lady at smiles with flowers had attitude when I complained about wrong arrangement. The arrangement was so ugly and the flowers were not even fresh, just hideous looking compared to all the other arrangements he received. Compleye eye sore, I asked funeral director to remove flowers from chapel.  Not even an apology from either party for the mistakes or try to make things right. Both parties made my grieving even harder to accept.  I'm disputing the charges with my credit card co. I returned the eye sore of flowers to the shop.  Once again DO NOT USE EITHER TO PLACE AN ORDER, YOU WILL BE VERY DISAPPOINTED LIKE ME.
