My experience a Smith's at first I thought I was being taken cared of. I took my Corvette there to have my Transmission worked on. I felt there was something wrong when it was shifting. The first two time they said there was nothing wrong that's how it shifts. For the third time I took it back for the Transmission now I have two codes. If a customer brings there car in for service for the third time I think by then they should listen to the customer. Who wants to spend money if they don't have to. And I still had to pay again to tell me I had two codes. Not a happy customer.

When I noticed my air pressure was low on the way home from work, I called Smith Chevy and asked if I could bring my car by to get the tires aired up. They said they would do it without any problems. I drove by and within 20 minutes, they were done. When I picked up my keys, they let me know that one of my tires had a slow leak that needed patched, and offered to set an appointment to fix it. A couple days later, I brought it back and was in and out extremely quickly. The tire leak is fixed, the patch job was perfect, and the entire staff was extremely friendly and helpful through the process. If you ever need your vehicle serviced, I would definitely recommend this location!

Worst service dept. I ran car dealerships for the last 15 years and never seen such bad service. The service manager mike patten called me a liar on the phone telling us 100 repairs aren’t nothing to them. All they want to do is keep charging 140 diagnostic fees even when you do work with them. Then the service writer Luke van bolt was a jerk to us even at the expense of his wife Samantha van bolt texting my wife telling us to stay the f word of her husban work. I will never take any sales or service business to this store because of mike patten and Luke van bolt they do not care for there customers in any way.

All of the service and parts staff are extremely courteous and knowledgeable. They want you to feel comfortable in knowing your vehicle has had the most thorough evaluation and service possible.
