The store in general has been a go to for my family for years, however it is increasingly degrading in both service and quality. The quality of the produce depends on the day. The meats always seem to be in good quality and the cashiers in general are friendly however some of the employees especially in the bakery department have me questioning whether or not to return to this location. Terrible experience trying to order a cake for my daughter's first birthday. Associate was extremely rude and had absolutely zero customer service skills. This is a very exciting time for us as a family and because of this representative we will be shopping elsewhere.

It's first class ! In 40 years of shopping in this area Smith's is the only store that I have found where the employees go out of their way to help a shopper find whatever they are looking for . I really can't say enough about the way I've been treated there. A simple question will have any employee either directing you to what you need or off to get it for you. I'm no body but in Smith's they always care !

I don't know what's up with smiths but the place is so unorganized, I can never find anything. When I go I just plan to look around for an hour at least. The parking lot is horrifying, whoever designed this must have enjoyed Tetris. I do like the organic section, they have my favorite coffee Califia. The mocha is so good! Everywhere should have this stuff! At times they lower the prices on their bakery items and fruit which is nice. Of course that means they are old. Just an average store, nothing special about it.

This Smith's is by far the best one I have shopped. Always well stocked, organized and clean. Employees are friendly and helpful. They treat us like family. I especially appreciate Darlene, Lawrence and Ruben, who all go above and beyond any Customer Service I have experienced. This is now our Go To Grocery Store.

Good sales! Fruits and vegetables always fresh.! As well as their meat. Honestly beats going to Walmart. Staff is friendly and helpful.
