Expect a crowded parking lot during the day. On the weekends you'll have everything from a Lobster Roll truck to girl and boy scouts fundraising outside. The store is well-organized and they have a good cheese & deli department. They updated this store a couple years ago and it's a little more up-market than it used to be. You'll find a pretty good gluten-free aisle and the international section has a good selection of basics. The cashiers move faster than the self-serve kiosks usually because people like me always seem to screw up the self-serve transaction and have to wait for an attendant to help me.

Poorly stocked, you wait a long time for deli items, and they don't listen when you tell them how you want your items sliced. Items out of stock are not replenished sometimes for weeks. Employees are very friendly, and will help you in any way they can.

I love this smiths. I think they have the best staff, selection and prices! 
The only downside is the parking can get a little bit crazy but honestly it’s not too bad.

Friendly helpful staff, moderate prices, fresh produce, good deli, yummy bakery, and even sushi. Meat is good quality and they have a wide range of product choices throughout the store. Parking lot is large and carts are new. Unless you are after huge discounted quantities Smith's is an excellent choice.

Excellent supermarket with really fresh produce,  a specialty GOURMET  cheese department;  a deli department that carries both quality store-brand meats and cheeses as well as a VERY large section of BOAR'S HEAD meats and cheeses;  a quality fresh meat department that includes 'regular'; organic, grass-fed, non-antibiotic/ non-hormone treated, non-GMO produced meats; a reasonable fish/seafood department  with occasionally impressive FRESH, wild fish and most often just passable frozen defrosted fish and seafood; everything else is pretty standard for a grocery store.  Most impressive is the quality of this Smith's CUSTOMER SERVICE (Lily is AWESOME!). They allow me to place special orders for casefulls of pretty much any item they normally carry.
