I've been trying to get a prescription refilled for over a week.  They sent it to a doctor that I haven;t seen for two years.  Three trips later . . . still no refill.  This isn't the first time for this kind of thing.  I going to have to switch pharmacies.

I've used Smiths pharmacy for years and find the pharmacists friendly, helpful and competent. New Federal laws have burdened all pharmacies making efficiency difficult. Treat the staff in a manner you like like to be treated and I assure you they will do their absolute best. I find in most instances, you get what you give, whether it be at Smiths pharmacy or somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. Drive half a mile to Walgreens or Albertsons to fill a prescription. The store manager was very nice though. I will shop at Smiths but never will go to the pharmacy.
