Dakota was great helping us select the vehicle we wanted. His knowledge of the vehicles made it easy to decide which one we needed. Armando made the process of pricing easy and smooth. Michelle did a fantastic job explaining all the financing details. We felt relaxed and at easy with all the staff at Smith South Plains and will definitely be back.

I last minute had to go out and buy my first car. Nicole made sure I would leave 100% happy with my decision. Jacob was awesome in showing me all my options and making buying my first car as painless as possible. Their staff took excellent care of me and ensured I was leaving happy. Will be coming back!

My wife and I have bought several vehicles from Smith South Plains over the years. We purchased our latest vehicle from them a few weeks ago and as usual our experience was top notch. Smith Southplains' motto in all their advertisement is "We treat you like family" and I truly feel like family when dealing with them. As always, Armando was there and connected us with Bobby, our salesman. Bobby showed us a few vehicles and we were able to pick the vehicle we wanted. The only problem was the vehicle we were looking at was used so we were extremely leery of it. We asked to speak with a Smith mechanic and he told us the vehicle was good to go. We asked if we could take the vehicle to our mechanic and they agreed. When everything checked out, we decided to purchase with one required repair, which Smith gladly made. This brought us to Justin. He worked really hard to get the numbers right and we drove off in our "new" vehicle. We were never pressured. This has always been our experience at Smith and this is why we always buy from them. If you do not try this dealership, I think you are making a very big mistake. Thanks Smith!

We had an excellent experience with Jacob Terry at Smith South Plains. Jacob was both patient and professional through the buying process. He made sure we got exactly what we were looking for and took great care of us.
