The best word to describe this business would be incompetent. They were the title company the seller used for my home purchase and their lack of professionalism is astounding. Where should I begin? They had over 4 months to work on the closing disclosure and they still managed to make major mistakes that delayed our closing. They didn't acknowledge that a mistake was made until the 2 hours before we were set to close, the title agent Pam Clifton chose to notify us of the mistake via email, I called immediately after I received the email and was told that she went to lunch, I asked for her cell phone number and they told me she does not have a cell phone, they actually expected me to believe that! She conveniently also made herself unavailable until the time of our closing appointment. When I arrived they simply said there was a mistake and we can't close on your home today. We could have closed that day, but the title company didn't want to have to pay for their mistake. My loan officer argued to have one of the attorneys  come into the conference room and speak with us and they again LIED and told us that none of the attorneys were in the office, after my loan officer began yelling at them for their incompetence eventually one of the attorneys finally entered the room and then proceeded to try to blame me for the mistake on the closing disclosure that his company prepared. I would highly recommend choosing a different company for any of your legal needs.

I had the privilege to work in a case with both Ruddy and Horace Smith on multiple occasions and I can say without a doubt, they are two of the most knowledgeable, and ethical attorneys I have ever encountered.  The firm as a whole is top notch.

I was struggling through the hardest time of my life,, and God sent an angel to me in the form of Sheila Ennis..
She was amazing. Her combination of professionalism, wealth of knowledge of the law, her ability to get things accomplished ,partnered with her caring heart , was the sole reason why I was able to make it through this tough time in my life..
I have and will continue to recommend her and this practice to any of my friends in Fla. 
Sheila Ennis is not only my attorney,,but now and forever my friend.

Best law firm around! Staff is courteous and extremely helpful. Mr. Smith, Shelia Ennis and Jody were always there for me and answered all of my questions in a very timely manner.
