I've been going to this shop since the day it opened and have had nothing but good experiences. I have recommended this shop to many friends and Co workers as well and they have always said nothing but good things about it. Mike the owner has always been a super great guy ever since I meet him. Everyone in the shop is always letting you know changes to the store or new products coming in and are always very helpful. I would go to this vape show over any other in the area for numerous reasons. Their house juice is great, prices are on par with what you would expect and it's just an all around great atmosphere in the shop!

Customer service was great and I didn't have to wait long even with a customer in front of me.  Ken, an employee, not the co-owner, was especially knowledgeable and helped me tremendously with the assortment of questions I had.  I will definitely be getting all my juice from there and recommending this place to all my nearby friends.

Buyer Beware...They sold me a defective SMOK Alien kit and when I took it back for exchange only 14 days later, they would not do it because they wanted EVERYTHING that came in the kit to include the instructions and packaging. Keep in mind they were exchanging one kit for another. They could have taken the new mod out of the box and replaced it with the defective one and sent it back. Guess that was too hard. Now I'm stuck trying to send it back for warrantee repair. 

Response to Smokless America's comment-  Hay Smokless America....your true colors are showing. You told Ty you would exchange it if I had all the parts of the kit in the box which I admit I don't have. But now you are talking about me dropping it, getting it wet, or abusing it. Now it's MY broken device. Now it's unfair to you and your vendor. You know what is unfair....i drove 35 min to your store based on a friend's recommendation. I spent $130 in your shop and bought a mod based on your clerk's recommendation. I notified your clerk it was defective, not broken, defective, within 15 days and got it to you as quick as I could. Maybe you need to search the internet "Smok Alien defective screen" before you insult your customers. Fyi, I will be posting this review EVERYWHERE and telling everyone to stay away from your shop. I will also be letting them know shops in Orlando and online who back up their products with  some type of guarantee they are not being sold defective merchandise.

THE BEST OUT OF DOZENS OF VAPE STORES I HAVE BEEN TO!. Very comfortable, best prices, and great inventory. Can't remember a time, when they did not have what I needed. They will definitely hook you up! Always the best e-liquids,  because they will make them on the spot to your specific taste and requirements. They have  over 70 flavors loaded into e-cigs ready for you to sample. And they will blend ( or tweak ) flavors, nicotine levels,  and pg/vg ratio for you. The owner is on site a great deal of the time. Awesome guy! You can hang out and vape, conversate., or zip in and out in min. W/ what you need. You guys rock.

Had a great experience. The service was friendly and attentive. Tried a few flavors from the juice bar and the little table in the corner with some kids books and toys was a nice and thoughtful touch. Will be going back again soon.
