We recently bought a house and one of our radiators isn't working in our bedroom. I was referred to smokey barbier I called them and told them we have no heat in one of the bedrooms and they sent someone out right away he looked at the radiotor and wasn't sure what was wrong with it he looked at the rest of the house and put battery's in our thermostat (we never asked him to or even said anything was wrong with it) he said he will mail us an estimate on how much the radiotor was going to cost to fix. A month later we received a bill for 75$ for his service and another 1$ for the battery's, no estimate or even any mention of the radiotor I called them and they said when I originally called I said it was an emergency and we had no heat throughout the house! I told them I never said that but they wouldn't believe me. So we payed a guy 76$ to come put battery's in our thermostat and we still have no heat in our bedroom. What a rip off
