Food is always good. Service is usually good but today I had a server who left me hanging with an empty glass for most of my meal. I finally spotted her after watching for her for 10 min. She was hanging out with the other servers by the kitchen...drinking her nice cold drink. She came waltzing over 5 min later. "Oh! Do you need a refill?" "Thanks! Not now but I did 15 min ago with my meal!"

Very good spot for BBQ food. Really good pulled pork and an array of different bbq sauces. The place has a rustic feel and friendly and efficient service. Prices are fairly good too.

I did not have a very good service experience in this location, yesterday. The food was excellent (which salvaged the "3" rating), but the service was extremely lacking. My server was not very friendly, at all. This was a huge contrast to your Cranberry location, where I have ALWAYS encountered associates that are friendly and welcoming. I don't believe that my server smiled, at all, during any of our interactions. She was very "short" in her conversation with me. Then, when it was time to pay, I attempted to use my Bones Club card on the tabletop Ziosk device. It didn't work (searching by phone number), so I told my server that I had a Bones card, and that it had accumulated a $10 discount (I signed in to the site on my phone, and showed her). She seemed a bit put out by this, and told me that "We can't usually add it" after the fact, but that a manager would come talk to me about it. 5 minutes later, no manager had come over, so she came back, and seemed upset about the fact that she would have to take care of it herself. She was able to deduct the $10, but made it seem like a very arduous process. (As a comparison, I had a similar $10 coupon for my Bones card, and my server at the Cranberry store, smiled, took down my Club member #, and said she'd be happy to take care of it). I observed the other server that was working, and she seemed to be a bit more friendly, so maybe my server was having a bad day. This was around 2:30 pm, and it was not very busy in the restaurant. The last thing I'd like to mention is the appearance of the servers. Mine had holes in her jeans (one in a close-to-embarassing location), and a top that crawled a quarter of the way up her bare back when she leaned over tables. Several of the young ladies were wearing what I would consider to be fairly unprofessional tops, as well (very low-cut and revealing). I'm not a prude, by any means, but I was glad I was dining alone, as I would have been embarrassed to have family members with me. I'll more than likely stick to the friendly, professional environment of your Cranberry location, from now on.

I was here for a banquet on 07/30. The service was fantastic, the food was served hot and was delicious. No small feat since we had 40 people
