Good solid food, good bbq and friendly people. Quick service and clean bathrooms which is a plus! Try it once and you'll try it again.

I was prepared to give this restaurant 3 stars... Customer service was quite bland - not one smile or happy greeting. Barbeque has to be sauced up quite well to provide improved taste. If you enjoy tempura-style fried chicken - you will love it - not my preference. Fries taste like fish - yuck. The reason for the one star - my wife actually got sick and literally threw up her lunch. I hope this establishment actually checks/cares about these reviews to improve customer service, proper food handling and food quality/taste.

The brisket is delicious!  Nothing fancy, walk up and order like fast food cafeteria style  but walk away with a plate full of goodness.  Long list of sides.  Slaw, green beans, mac-n-cheese, onion rings, fried okra and the list goes on and on.

This is a local barbecue restaurant. Both tomato based (Western NC style) and vinegar based (Eastern NC style) sauces are available. The side items are excellent. Try the sweet potato casserole!

Awesome food! Large varity of entries and sides on the menu. You're guaranteed to find something you like.
