First time at this place and it was amazing. The facility, staff, cleanliness, ease of access, amenities, and show performance all top notch. This was by far the most clean arena I've ever stepped foot in. I was impressed when I walked through isles or up the stairs that there was no sticky residue on the floor and seats were super comfy too. I would go back for any event anytime, I had a blast!

Trans Siberian Orchestra was absolutely amazing! The musicians and singers are excellent. Their light show is fabulous. Will definitely try to see them again. Thank you Trans Siberian Orchestra for a fantastic show. Smoothie king Center seats are small with very little leg room. Any one close to 6ft tall will have knees on seat in front of them (true experience ) unless you are fortunate enough to get floor or box seats... The parking garage is narrow and designed for small vehicles. Food prices $14.25 for nachos. $8.00 for a soft drink!

Saw the Dead and Company show ... Good show. Great venue. Wish they lines at the bar didn't take so long on ground level. Was nice to be able to go out at intermission and sit by the fire and get some fresh air though.

Very amazing experience(I was seated in row 18 club level). Some seats are pretty difficult to reach when trying to get to the middle of a crowded row; however, that is to be expected. Other than that the staff was friendly and the game was awesome.

The staff was INCREDIBLY friendly. The views of the court were awesome, even from the nosebleed section we were in. It wasn't too loud, the way other arenas can be. Unfortunately that was overshadowed by the poor quality of food that was completely overpriced. In addition, the food service ran out of the food promised to is (hot dogs and Cheetos popcorn). We didn't get food until the 4th quarter! In a city like New Orleans, renowned for it's cuisine, the Smoothie King Center's food is an embarrassment.
