I used this outfit because my regular guy was unavailable. My regular guy said this outfit damaged my drain. This is in my elderly parents basement. My parents told me the same thing, but I wanted a professional to confirm it. Their management is rude, and uneducated. Their equipment is extremely outdated. I recommend not using them, if you want to save yourself some money, and heartache.

THIS IS A BAD BUSINESS!!!! BE ADVISED DOT NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY AND THEIR OWNER JEFFERY J. BAREFOOT DOES NOT PAY THEIR BILLS. THEY HAVE OWED MY SMALL COMPANY OVER $9000.00 FOR THEY PAST YEAR AND WILL NOT PAY. BE WARNED DO NOT GET BITTEN BY SNAKE N ROTOR.
